CA. Teacher Ho Lynn spoke to a group of senior citizens about Feng Shui
and Health. During the discussions, she taught and guided her audience
into doing Ch’i uplifting exercise such as the Great Sunshine Buddha
exercise and answered many questions relating to health issue. |

Spiritual Cultivation Study Group |

First of the month Spiritual Cultivation Study
Group will be held at a private residence in Burlingame, CA from 12:30
p.m. - 3:30 p.m. Guest instructor is Lama Yondrung, a Geshe of the Tibetan
Bon tradition. Teacher Ho Lynn will lead the group on meditation practice
of the BTB tradition.
