 Yuan Yuan Educational Foundation (formerly known as the Worldwide Lin Yun Educational Foundation) is a non-profit organization fully dedicated to serving all people regardless of age, gender, race, religion, educational or economic background, with life enhancing programs specially designed to achieve peace, harmony and success.

The name, Yuan Yuan consists of two Chinese characters which are pronounced the same, i.e. they are homonyms.  The first Yuan means the origin, the beginning, and the second Yuan means karma.  One interpretation, therefore, is that Yuan Yuan means the beginning karma or the origin of karma.  Another interpretation of Yuan Yuan involves a third Chinese character for "Yuan", .   In Chinese, this character can be used interchangeably with .  So, although our foundation’s name will officially be (Yuan Yuan) that it could also be (also Yuan Yuan, but with a different first character) evokes another meaning to the name – "perfecting all karma".

His Holiness Grandmaster LIN Yun and Teacher HO Lynn (right)Our name, Yuan Yuan, best represents our organization’s stated goals and philosophy – to provide a positive foundation, or "origin", for better living, because we believe that karma is the beginning of all things.  In addition, Yuan Yuan relates to our hope of establishing a model for respecting great teachers since they are the "origin" of wisdom.  Lastly, this name captures our desire to encourage all karmic connections between people to be positive ones, i.e. "perfecting all karma".

Yuan Yuan Educational Foundation was founded in 1996 by HO Lynn with the blessings and full support of her root spiritual guru - His Holiness Grandmaster LIN Yun, supreme leader and founder of Black Sect Tantric Buddhism (BTB) in its fourth and most contemporary stage. He is a renowned Chinese philosopher and the world's foremost authority on Feng Shui.

While LIN Yun is the foundation's honorary chairman, Ho Lynn is the chief executive officer and actively functions as Yuan Yuan Educational Foundation's chairperson.

In addition to dedicating herself to teaching, Teacher HO Lynn offers Feng Shui Consultation and Personal, Private Consultation services to individuals and corporate businesses in the U.S. and abroad.  All funds and donations generated through her work are the funding source for the foundation.
